Rich Aukland to Become Executive Chairman, Trent Ricker Appointed CEO 

FARGO, ND, Feb 6, 2025 – Allegiance Group + Pursuant (AGP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Trent Ricker as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective immediately. 

Trent Ricker, who previously served as AGP’s Chief Strategy Officer, brings over 25 years of leadership experience in agency and consulting roles. He was the CEO of Pursuant for 12 years before its merger with Allegiance Group in April 2023. His extensive expertise in nonprofit fundraising, marketing strategy, and data-driven innovation positions him to successfully lead AGP into the next phase of growth.
