Mid-level giving is often treated like a pass-through tier. But that assumption is starting to break.
As small donor participation declines and revenue becomes less predictable, mid-level donors are emerging as a primary driver of both stability and growth. At NAMI, that shift is already underway, and is delivering measurable results.
In this session, we’ll walk through how NAMI rethought its mid-level program, what changed, and why it’s working. You’ll hear directly from NAMI and AGP experts about the strategies that strengthened performance: from lifecycle management and segmentation to more intentional donor experiences.
This is a case study, but it’s also a playbook. We’ll focus on the practical changes you can apply to your own program and give you a chance to ask questions about your own mid-level challenges.
You won’t want to miss this session if you are a fundraising leader or practitioners responsible for mid-level strategy and performance, including:
Mid-Level Gift Officers
Directors of Individual Giving or Development
VPs of Development / Advancement
Annual Fund Directors
Major Gift Officers focused on pipeline growth
